Ismael Zina is the Co-founder of NoraCare.
Born in Côte d’Ivoire, Ismael witnessed firsthand the impact of poor health on families. This relentless desire to change communities drove him around the world. He worked with non-governmental organizations, private businesses, and the U.S. government to design and implement large-scale humanitarian programs.
Ismael holds two graduate degrees in International Studies and Public Health from the London School of Hygiene Tropical Medicine. He lives with his wife, Lenora, and three sons in South Bend, Indiana.
When the global pandemic of COVID-19 struck, Ismael and his family returned to the U.S.
With his family of clinicians, they decided to start Noracare to connect health professionals and community members more conveniently and affordably. Having listened to hundreds of families going through the challenges of healing and recovery, Ismael learned a vital lesson.
